He founded POP in order create opportunity from people & organisation in a way that is practical, tangible, fun and of course, delivers rapid ROI. When he’s not powering performance at client organisations, you can likely find him powering uphill on his bike or powdering downhill on skis.

Consulting Manager

Asther is a Consulting Manager at POP Global Institute, specialising in change management and organisational transformation. She partners with clients navigating digital transformation to build practical, people-centred solutions that help teams adapt and thrive through change. When she’s not guiding organisations through large-scale transformation, you’ll likely find her underwater scuba diving or in the boxing gym perfecting her hooks—proving she’s just as fearless outside the boardroom as she is within it.

Jevy Yap is a Consultant in Organisation Performance and Change Management at POP Global Institute. He’s helped reshape service culture for a regional conglomerate and led enterprise transformation for a transportation brand. Previously, he managed large-scale initiatives like TEDx Petaling Street with over 2,000 attendees. Bonus fact: Jevy holds a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo—strategy and strength, in and out of the office.
